Help on: Log in & Password Reset

A secure log in process is used to identify and authenticate users. This is to ensure only authorised users are able to access the data when successfully logged in.

Use this screen to log in to Streamline Online. Only proceed with log in if you are an authorised user of Streamline Online using your own User ID (see the Glossary).

Note: Your User ID was sent to you when it was first created.

User IDs are not case sensitive - e.g. "fredb0002" and "FREDB0002" are treated as exactly the same.

If you cannot remember your User ID or have not received it, please check with your company Streamline Online Administrator or (if you are the Streamline Online Administrator) call the Help Desk.

If you cannot remember your Password, click on the 'Forgotten Password?' link and enter your User ID on the screen presented. Check your email inbox for an email containing a link to reset your password.

Tip: Add the "Log in" page to your Favourites/Bookmarks to speed up future log-ins.

Click the "Home" link to return to the Streamline Merchant Services home page.
